A couple of things to think about in planning for the next month!

A few upcoming events that you may want to know about:

1.  We will be going to Crabtree Farms on October 13 with just first grade from around 9:30-1.  We will be in experiential learning groups rotating and learning about different farming, plants, taking care of animals, planting a flower, etc.  If this is something you would be interested in doing with us, mark it down on your calendar.  Chaperones are welcome but not needed since we have a small group.  BUT, if you want to come, plan on meeting us there!  We WILL be eating a picnic lunch there on that day before coming back- please make sure that on your child's new lunch order you get them a SNACK PACK or make arrangements not to eat at school that day.

2.  Book Fair is Oct. 13 week

3.  Grandparents Day is Oct. 16 (half day)

4.  FALL BREAK is Oct 16-20

5.  Parent/ Teacher conferences will be on the day of October 31.  We will also make time for those that can't make it that day due to work obligations=)
