The Human Body!
We started making our bodies for the hallway!
First we traced each other and cut our bodies out.
Then we hung them on the wall!
Next, as we study each of the body parts we will glue it on our bodies!
We will knock your socks off already as to how much we have already learned!
On Fridays we will have spirit days! We started out our morning having our spirit assembly and then we got to go into the Tipi with Dr. Barks to hear a Cherokee story!
A few reminders:
1. Please make sure all decodable books are sent in! We will need those for homework next week!
2. Please check your child's blue folder every night. Today we have sent several notes!
3. Chapel begins on Tuesday. Please remember chapel dress. First grade will sit with a fifth grade buddy each week in the front two rows. It is very important to be on time to school on this day!
4. September 8 is Open House. More details to follow!
