A message from Mrs. Maria….
Dear K & 1st Grade Parents,
We need your help! Due to hot temperatures in a local greenhouse and garden critters, we have lost a significant amount of transplants we were hoping to plant in the garden next week. At this point in the season it is too late to start plants from seed. We would love for our garden to yield enough produce for our lessons and for the food program. That's why we would like to ask each family to bring either a plant or a donation of $4 to cover the costs of buying new plants. Please know this is completely optional.
The plants we are looking for are:
kale- any variety
lettuce-any variety
cabbage
brocoli
parsley
cilantro
pansies-any color
