IMPORTANT THINGS FOR NEXT WEEK!

Parents ~ We have listed the ideas of the children for the talent share and tried to encourage as much collaboration as possible due to so much interest. At this point, we need to see and hear a portion of each act to create our final list for gOt tAlEnT? sHaRe iT! We will be ordering it with younger children first and then moving up to older children, and keeping  to a reasonable time (2 hrs, 15 minutes…6:30-8:45 PM on Friday, May 2). 

Please send music, any props, instruments, etc to school on the day listed for your child. No costumes or special attire. We will send home permission slips on Friday, April 11, and there will be 3 weeks for them to fine-tune their acts!

Meet on the stage in Carson Hall at the following times:

Preschool/pre-k - Monday 4/7 9:30-10

Kindergarten- Monday 4/7 10-10:30

First- Tuesday 4/8 1-1:30

Second- Tuesday 4/8 1:30-2

NEXT WEEK!!!  ERB testing will be going on for the older grades on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.  We will be testing also (LOW stress though) to see what the kids remember from the beginning of the year- we will do Reading, Math, and then end with Science/Social Studies on Thursday.  We will be reviewing on Friday and Monday with a fun game called "are you smarter than a 1st grader?"  Just a heads up!

PLEASE be on time each day and have your child eat a great breakfast too!

 BOOK ORDERS are coming home today!  These make great Easter gifts too, or great summer reading books for half of the  price of a bookstore.  (AND you can earn books for the classroom!)  Stay tuned for the instructions to know how to order.  They will be in before Easter break!
