Reminders:
1. Book orders are due MONDAY if you would like to order. They will be back before we leave for Christmas break!
2. Gingerbread House building will be on Friday! Please send in a few of these items if you would like to help: icings, candy, plastic table cloths, etc. THANK YOU!!!!
3. We need your JUNK! If you are cleaning out for Christmas, we would love your little toys for the prize box! One man's trash is another's treasure!

Reading: o, o_e, u, u_e, We will be reading Snow is Good and a Trip to Grandma's this week in our First reader. The First Reader will come home everyday along with comprehension questions and we do expect these to be done daily and First Readers returned as well.
In writing, we will continue working on friendly letters!
In math, we will be counting dimes and pennies ,and learning all about symmetry!
We will continue to learn about Christmas and the meanings of why we do some of the things we do!

In math, we will continue to learn addition and subtraction facts in a snap!

it's getting a little Turkey-ish in here!
We did some math that was WAY harder than first grade today! We made turkey's and then added all of our feathers up!
We have also learned about the Pilgrims so we did a little writing and creating!
